Our process includes:

• Site Clearing & Preparation: Removing vegetation and debris, and leveling the ground to the required formation level. Compacting soil and laying a granular sub-base for a strong foundation.
• Formwork Setup: Installing side shuttering or forms to maintain road width and alignment during concreting. Positioning steel bars or welded mesh as per design to enhance tensile strength.
• Concrete Mixing & Pouring: Using M-30 or higher grade concrete, mixed and delivered via transit mixers or batch plants, and evenly spread over the surface.
• Compaction & Finishing: Compacting with vibrators and leveling with screed boards for a smooth finish.
• Curing & Maintenance: Applying curing compounds and sealing joints to prevent cracking. Regular maintenance to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent wear.
• Expansion & Construction Joints: Adding joints at intervals to manage thermal movement and prevent cracking.
• Final Inspection & Checks: Verifying surface evenness, thickness & strength.
